Calgary Economic Development invites you to a half-day best practices forum focusing on succession planning. Succession planning is the deliberate practice of identifying and grooming individuals for key roles within the company

The session features a keynote address by Dr. S. Brett Savage, who has worked and consulted for a number of companies, including IBM and Dell. Additionally, the keynote will integrate a real-time, interactive succession planning exercise.

The forum will also feature a panel discussion, highlighting best practices used by Calgary companies within administrative, professional and trade ranks. Also included is a presentation on the value of mentorship and topical roundtable discussions.

Human Resources managers, general managers and those involved in organizational development and finance are encouraged to attend.
